On several occasions over the last couple months I've needed a rental for both personal and business matters. Northern Michigan Car Rentals has come through every single time. Dee & Damon are awesome people!! They were the light in my nightmare. They provided a great vehicle at the last minute, worked with us on not knowing when we would be returning the rental!! Even empathasized & cared about us losing our only key fob to a Jetta; 3wks & still waiting for someone to order the right one & program it! They even provide local rides when needed! Highly recommend them

I was a little hesitant seeing some of the bad reviews but it appears those are from several years ago. I had a fantastic experience with them. Car was brought to the local hotel I was staying at and we did the paperwork in about 3 minutes right in the hotel lobby. Car (minivan) was brand new, just over 1000 miles on it. Pricing was fair, and no surprises on my bill. Highly recommend!
