My visit was comfortable, staff was nice, respectful, helpful. The facility is very clean.
Dismissive and inattentive. My mother has been in the same clothing for weeks at a time ..She does not get the care one needs there at all . They don’t even dry her hair after a shower - water is dripping all into her clothes getting her wet and cold . I’ve seen it . They will put her in dirty clothes after a shower - I’ve witnessed it They lost an entire bag of clothes that we delivered personally. They were supposed to label and inventory them and after put them in her room.. they went missing for over two weeks . We had a... read more
My wife is in northern manor for the past 11+ years it's amazing the care they are giving her . In 11+ years only 1ns had she had to be hospitalized. Keep up the amazing work
I dropped in unexpectedly to visit an old friend. He unfortunately has no family and is unable to speak for himself. I found him clean and shaved, and positioned comfortably in his bed. His room was also very clean. I was very impressed. In general, the facility was clean, and the staff was pleasant and helpful.
