Title: Extremely Disappointing and Disturbing Experience Northern Manor has been an extremely disappointing and heartbreaking experience for my family. I would strongly urge anyone considering this facility for a loved one to do extensive research and, most importantly, visit frequently and pay close attention to the care their family member is receiving. Northern Manor Rehabilitation Center is doing an outstanding job caring for its patients. My sister is currently there, and the compassion, professionalism, and dedication the staff have shown her mean more to our family than words can express.
