Extremely disappointing experience with this organization. I registered with them back in December, and almost a year later, my child still hasn't been arranged for childcare. We have experienced discrimination throughout this process, and the lack of support and communication is unacceptable. If I could, I would give zero stars. Beware of their services!
there are many departments here and this place can offer a great deal. I took advantage or (so I thought) of a not 1 not 2 but 3 week kind of shall we say employment program which at the end included going to security trying school for a few days. This program really could have been condensed down and in a lot a ways was really not that useful. They did help with resumes and any background problems and getting paperwork sent to albany. Sorry I don't even know where to start with this place I mean some of the teachers for ged are kinda rude and for ged like it's free but it's like you don't get nothing out of it it's just a waste of time I also gotta point out I live in the bronx used to go to this place and places for ged in the bronx are better and some people that go here are sort of gossipy
