Jonathan was poor in returning calls . Took 8 calls in 2 weeks to get a response from him. And that was par for the course during the project . Quartz window sills made for us ... either the templates were wrong or they were cut wrong , but they were too large for our windows. His response was that he’d call us when he got time to fix them . Not good customer service .
