This was the worst massage experience I have ever had. I have never before left a massage session cold and tense. The massage itself was mediocre, but the "warm towels" that were placed on me were not warm, the heated blanket was not on, the relaxing music stopped halfway through my 90 minute massage, my MT got at least 3 calls during the session because she had her phone on vibrate in her pocket, there was no history done before and when I noted my problem areas they weren't focused on, I feel like they were addressed even ... read more
