The ticket redemption guy couldn’t do basic math and it resulted in my daughter not getting the prizes she rightfully deserved for the tickets she provided . The absolute low point of an otherwise fantastic trip!

Cashiers were very rude and made me and my friend feel stupid for a problem that was there fault, we bought an arcade card for 5$ and we tried to use it for a game that was 12 credits the card has 16 credits and it didn't work so we went to them and THEO said it was our fault but it was theirs and they didn't even apologize for their mistake
