Very clean and well-maintained, but the prices are outrageous. You can’t buy a proper NKU-branded hoodie for less than $100. There should be at least a 20–30% discount for active NKU students. Bookstores at California universities, by comparison, are much more affordable.
Absolutely the worse bookstore I ever encountered. No customer service at all. Purchase one thing for one price and then get something new for double the price. As a rental!!! But a new book is $12 more but since you rented it they want you to pay $50 or go out your way to Return it and wait for your money and start the process over not knowing when your money will go back on the card. They will continue to make it your fault though. School cost to much for horrible bookstore staff.
as a student at NKU, this bookstore should communicate A LOT more clearly. I had a book I had ordered put on backorder, that's no problem with me, I went to the bookstore and talked to the manager and she said it had been ordered and to give it 7 days. I went back after a week and I was told the same thing again. At this point I was 3 weeks into the semester.
