I've been banking with these people for way too long. I actually used to work there, and I didn't like how I was treated as an employee either. I have had accounts with them for well over 10 years and in that time have had three NSF returns. This last time I noticed it while it was still pending and because I couldn't get the money to the bank before they close but instead dropped it off in their night deposit so that it would be processed first thing in the morning, they said I was too late and charged me $30. One of the WORST banks, ever. This horrible place just blocks your transactions for no reason. They also don't have anyone to help you on weekends/evenings when you use your card the most. I have thousands in the bank and for no reason, I can't use my card for bills etc. It's absolutely ridiculous. One more week and I pulling my money and going to a different place. These guys SUCK!
Can never withdraw MY OWN MONEY. They will say it's for security reasons. Yet when I do get frauded these clowns do nothing about it and tell you it's your own problem. I have to call every month and the same time to have them let me withdraw MY OWN MONEY. Have told them multiple times to lift all restrictions on my account and they refuse to listen. Brain dead.
