There a tribally owned scam that rips off there own people.. and I'm a tribal elder... bought flooring they said 30 year warranty ..but won't honor it and made so many excuses as why ..but they wanted me to spend more money to fix it......if your smart you'll boycott this place

If I could rate zero stars I would. Worst customer service ever. I ordered a couch through them. First, the delivery driver was "out" then the person who works the front desk came to deliver it with someone else. She was wearing Crocs on her feet to deliver a couch, upstairs. Between the two of them they managed to get the couch stuck in my stairway. Then they tried to get me to keep the matching chair so they wouldn't have to carry it back down the stairs. I had to take the afternoon off of work because I physically couldn'... read more
