AVOID THESE GUYS! Had a phone call from them ask if they can quote and they constantly kept on going on about how bad the competitor are. Once I stated I wasn’t interested in going ahead with Northern gas they were RUDE. AVOIDDDDDD!
This company has gone downhill - perhaps change of owners? They had been servicing my parents (who are in their 80's and don't have a car) boiler for the last 3-4 years and called us to say the boiler needed servicing. I agreed and arranged a date and informed my parents they would be coming. On the day the engineer rings to say he can't find parking nearby. Booked 2 months in advance, and the appointment day, they want me to reschedule. Bunch of jokers. No more business with Northern Gas Heating. Avoid
Absolute joke of a company. Full system fitted last year and nothing but problems since. Bent pipework has seen below. Have been trying to have issues rectified since last summer… excuses after excuses on cancellations. This is the reason to the cheaper quotes compared to a proper company like British Gas. You get what you pay for. All the poor reviews below prove my point. Never again.
