I bought 2 red Muskoka chairs from this couple 10 years ago. They were their high-end models, and they claimed that the plastic in them was special because the colour was mixed throughout the plastic (isn't just near the surface), so it would keep its colour. They were pushy in their sales, which turned me off, but I liked the look of them (and the idea they wouldn't bleach out, which hadn't previously occurred to me). I went into this store to purchase A wind chime with my 3 year old daughter. We were very careful in the store however were approached 3 separate times and asked not to touch anything, and told “people don’t want to buy things if they’re broken” The owners came off as very rude and clearly not wanting our business. I will not be returning or referring others.
