Worst spot to get my vw worked on, Tim will try and fix ur vehicle but will break something else or put in wrong parts and not fix it right away when realized. This happened to be a fuel filter that wouldn't allow me to drive over 25mph. Not to mention the falling asleep while talking to him face to face. Nodding off.. u be the judge.... but I will no longer bring or recommend northern European to anyone..
