Advisors don't answer emails or phone calls and will often not show up to scheduled appointments. I understand things happen sometimes, but this is a reoccurring issue that my classmates are experiencing as well. My sister in law even had gone to both the haverhill and lawrence campus to find her advisor who blew off an appt with no notice, to find her chatting and eating lunch with her coworker. Its unprofessional and inconsiderate.
No one ever answered and they do not help their students. Can’t ever get a hold of someone from admissions or financial aid. We’ve being trying to communicate with someone since December and no luck. Went in person today and they simply said they can’t help.
