The staff has many years of great cycling experience with mountain, road and city riding. There is plenty of cycling knowledge here. We all ride bikes. Northern Cycle has a fantastic selection of bikes and accessories, with everything from casual bikes to high-end mountain bikes. They have a great variety for mountain and trail riding, but also a good selection of road and commuting bikes. On my first visit to Northern Cycle on a quiet Saturday afternoon, I got a sense the people who work here are kind and enthusiastic about all kinds of cycling from casual to competitive... This place is a godsend if you're cycling far along the waterfront trail and need an emergency repair. They not only replaced my busted inner tube, but did a quick checkup of my bike before sending me off back on the road.
As a female rider, I wasn't sure what to expect in a sport that is mostly dominated by men! My experience has been nothing but the best, thanks to all the staff at Northern Cycle! From the moment I walked into the store, Melissa the sales lady gave me all the information that I needed and let me test ride the bike and I purchased it the same day.
