Absolutely horrible service this morning. They had a line of people that just kept leaving after waiting over 10 minutes in line and when I asked how much longer all I got was “I don’t know , use the kiosk”. Large business deposits should be handled in the back or something. Not in the front and holding up the line.

Northern Federal has always been pretty fair with me however the customer service has gone downhill every since they hired heather hancock. She's unfriendly and can't manage your finances correctly nor can she be trusted with people's personal information ,and discusses customers finances with others which should be kept confidential. I've always been faithful on making my payments on time but when heather hancock handles it I get notices saying my payments have not been made. Explain that one ?
