The staff there are very helpful and when you are in a situation they are there to help you to manage your situation
After being told not pay anything I do not have the funds for when I opened the account, they did so anyway. When asked why I was told that's what they CHOOSE to do. Now this week I get an overdraft message 1 second before my direct deposit went in. Funny thing is the previous 2 months that payment was paid in the afternoon No need to ask why, they just choose to steal people's money.

Absolutely horrible service this morning. They had a line of people that just kept leaving after waiting over 10 minutes in line and when I asked how much longer all I got was “I don’t know , use the kiosk”. Large business deposits should be handled in the back or something. Not in the front and holding up the line.
