I needed assistance with activating my new card. The person on the phone was very kind and was able to help me with my problem very quickly.
Terrible experience, employees refuse to actually deposit checks leaving people waiting for their money for over five days and then don’t want to answer any help or support lines. Horrible service, if someone goes in to deposit their money they want it the same day! Not a week later!
Constant false-flag fraud alerts. Way too trigger happy. Has cost me thousands of dollars in payment delays over the years. Just had to pay out another $200 on a flight after I went in and made it crystal clear I needed the payment not to be blocked and asked twice after they confirmed to be sure it would go through. Avoid at all costs. My account with them is not long for this world.
This bank is owned by money hungry people. You should not charge $25 for a send back fee if people don't have enough money in their funds because your system isn't doing a good job telling us how much money we actually have in our accounts and we have to do the math ourselves
