Had terrible customer service at the personal counter today. I believe the agents name was Stacey. She was rude and condescending. I will definitely be using a different branch in the future.

worst experience ever for "banking" & rude entitled reps , also if you wanted internet access to your account/s you have to use their "approved" browser/s , which by the way are the most insecure avaible .
In all the places I have lived in the world and in the united states. This is the worst credit Union I have ever come across! In the United States of America. The customer service is less than one but I had to give it a one. The knowledge of banking is truly not there! The interest rates are horrible. All in all I have never come across a worse banks in this
