Scott is an extremely talented attorney. I highly highly recommend working with his firm. He took my case on pretty last minute which I’m sure didn’t make it easy on him. want to share my experience with attorney Scott Sergeant, who was assigned to me through TVC ProDriver. His communication was completely unacceptable. He ignored my calls and emails for several days and provided zero guidance about my case. Instead of explaining that my citation was only a simple $61 infraction that does not go on my CDL, FMCSA record, or company record, he immediately mentioned a private $1,200 fee without giving any details or clarification.
