After having multiple frustrating experiences completely lacking in empathy or humanity with the big banks, I decided to open my business bank account with Northern Birch. Find all of my experiences amazing. Even when frustrated, I find the staff willing to go above and beyond to help. Amalgamation was a nightmare due to my insurance company. NBCU staff worked with me tirelessly to get it resolved. They also handled my less than pleasant at times attitude with the utmost decorum and professionalism. Thank you always for your patience. I have been member at Latvian Credit Union since childhood and am grateful to continue banking now with NBCU.
As a customer of the Estonian Credit Union (and now Northern Birch) for about three decades, I can say they have not only consistently provided outstanding service, but they have also extended their warmth and expertise to my entire family.
