I was a tad cheesed off when I got no reply to my initial on-line enquiry with Skye - I am so pleased I waited for his eventual response . I am currently having a bit of a health issue and my sessions with Skye have not only made me more relaxed but more importantly have put me in a much better mind frame about the prognosis and treatment ahead. Skye worked with me on my panic fear from waves. I always enjoyed ocean swimming and after a difficult period in my life a sudden panic fear from as little as 1m waves crept in and ocean swimming became stressful for me. I visited the clinic for help quitting smoking. I walked out after one session and never smoked again. I’d smoked for 18 years. That was 5 years ago now and I’m going back for assistance with my diet. I thoroughly recommend you see Skye for any problem within yourself, that you cannot solve by yourself.
This was my first experience of hypnotherapy and I highly recommend Skye. I had a very positive experience and found his sessions to be very helpful!
