Very disappointing experience. I understand that one of my documents could not be notarized, but the notary’s attitude was completely unprofessional. She was rude, dismissive, and even mimicked me while speaking with me. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. After this experience, I’m seriously considering closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere.
