Not a professional business to deal with. Perhaps it's just the employee Joann, not sure. I received a brochure to call Joann, to which I did, only to get no answer and receive a text message instead. I filled out the credit app. I waited a couple days or more to get a response, which I didn't receive. I then tried calling her on a Thursday morning to check the status, again no answer via call, instead via text. Joann & Amy are amazing to work with. The know more about tree care equipment than most tree care business owners. They are always available, fast at getting the paperwork to you, and just plain great to work with.
