My first visit didn’t quite meet my expectations, but after sharing my feedback, the owner was incredibly gracious and invited me back for a second appointment. I saw Maya, and she was amazing — so calming, professional, and intuitive. The whole experience felt relaxing and restorative from beginning to end. I really appreciated how kindly the situation was handled and would absolutely return. Great service and care all around!
Absolutely amazing service! I haven't had a massage in years and I've carried a lot of stress and tension in my back and shoulders. I booked an hour massage with the cupping therapy. I have never felt so relaxed and healed, years of stress have been taken off. The whole environment was welcoming and staff is extremely professional and accommodating for any needs. My friends and I booked our services about 3 weeks in advance. We were coming in town for a girls trip and wanted massages. I did some research and we all agreed to come to Northern Arizona Wellness center. It was the best decision we could have made. Matt, Katherine and Yessica did a great job on our massages. Impeccable from the time I booked my appointment until we left after receiving one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. My daughter loved hers as well. They were right on time with our appointments which I appreciated and things were organized and well maintained. The massage itself was amazing! We are only visiting Arizona but want give them the credit they deserve for a wonderful experience.
Yessica is an amazing message therapist! She helped me with all of my troubled areas. She really paid attention to details and what my body needed. You can really tell she loves her job by the way she works! She puts her all into her work! 10/10 recommend!!!
