They are purely money hungry and they don't care who they screw over to get their money. I have NEVER been served by them, not once, yet I all of a sudden get a notice from my HR department that they were granted a default entry and I'm being GARNISHED for my ex-husband's medical debts, from a year we weren't married, as well as the year we were divorced and my divorce decree states that his debts are his debts, and any debts unbeknown to me are his own as well.
