Omg! The end off March, I called to find out how much my pay off balance was if I mailed in the payment the next day. I was told a certain dollar amount so I went and got a postal money order and mail the next day. They receive my money order on April 1st. Today I called and spoke with Pauline and asked why I did not receive my title back yet, it has been over two weeks. She informed me that I still had a balance of $6.48.
