So much better than Uber, Lyft, or a taxi, and guaranteed! We were in Boston for the 250th Anniversary of Paul Revere's Ride and knew we would need transportation back to Braintree at 11 PM. Uber and Lyft could not guarantee us a ride or the cost. Those drivers can leave you stranded if a better deal comes their way and prices fluctuate by the minute. Called to book an executive car service and was told they were too tired and 'going to bed' - when I asked if I could still speak with them about the booking, they said they had too much happening. I can't imagine booking my execs with this company and being greeted this way after a long flight. I will be employing another service.
