Brought my 16 year old to get her earlobes pierced and had a great experience! Documentation was a bit of a hurdle (we needed her birth certificate, her school id, my id and -because we have different last names- my marriage license) but they were really nice and professional. Been getting piercings for years on and off since 2019 done by them usually there’s no problem. Apparently the new piercer who started in 2021 was not willing to accommodate as the rings he gave me were too small. Caused issues he was combative and made it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about claiming they been having the same nose rings but they usually give me L shapes instead of screw rings I’ve been a customer since before he worked there. Went to get my tatas pierced 10 min to close. Jimmy was very nice and professional. Didn't hurt as bad as I thought and he was really helpful at keeping me calm. I was in and out in less than 20 min, and it was super affordable.
Walked in and got great service and they did an awesome job on my piercing.
