Have been using them for 9 years for our business and personal. Never had problem. Good service and planning come with little price but we are very happy with them.
I wish there was a negative star! On 6/25, I received a call from Deepak Maholtra from Northeast Solutions CPA in response to my inquiry on Sulekha for a tax account to help file my taxes for 2018. We briefly spoke and I was asked to share my documents which I emailed on the same day. Since there was no mention of fees, I explicitly asked about the fees on my email and never received a response before 7/7, inspite of me asking multiple times over email.
