Always pleasant to work with! Great downtown location.
Horrible customer service. Doesn't check voicemails, even regarding emergencies on my account. Rude staff, do not bank here. Edit: The bank manager just called me and told me they were closing my accounts due to the negative review. Horrible customer service. I've banked with them since 2006, never an issue until recently.
