We have always been very pleased with NESB. The employees are very friendly and have provided our business as well as family members outstanding service!!
We've been with NSB ever since we moved to Fredericksburg about 15 years ago. We've been to the Fredericksburg, Decorah, and Sumner locations and have had great service, communication, and just an overall great experience with this bank. We highly recommend them!
I've been this bank for years have had not one problem. Girls are friendly and service has been great. Mobil banking g is great when your at a distance which I'm at times. I've done about every service they offer
I closed all my accounts there now since the new change. New workers. My loan officer is no longer a loan person. She was my go to for everything. Never late on payments. Always paid loans off on time. Then they took her to a different position!?! Not happy with their services at all. It's as if they want to favor more of the farmers now more than anything. I will not ever recommend this bank to anyone. It was better when it was first state bank.
