We rented an Odyssey Entegra motor home from Northeast for a weekend trip to a nearby state park. Tabatha was very responsive by email and phone through the quote and reservation process. Carl was very helpful in the orientation for the motor home. My wife and I have a lot of trailer experience but this was our first motor home experience. This was our first RV rental as well as usage. Everyone was very accommodating and kind. We got our security deposit back within two weeks as well as a partial refund for unused estimated mileage. Everything was straight forward, no hidden fees. I'm glad we found this company and look forward to renting again from them. We originally were contracted for a 25' but upon further questioning, they realized we needed an RV with more seatbelts and upgraded at no further charge. Can’t say enough good things! Carl the owner is wonderful and went out of his way to make my experience a good one. The communication was always there and although the day that I needed the RV was a busy week for their company, he went out of his way to make it happen.
