This is a first-class rehabilitation center. My 80-year-old mother had a right leg above knee amputation, and two weeks after surgery, they had her standing up from her wheelchair and she was able to get herself from the chair to the bed during PT. Every time I visited, which was every other day, they were always friendly and professional. The program was a two-week deal. This one of Northeast's rehab centers is the smallest and I think that helps it be so much more comfortable and patient focused than much larger rehabs. Doctors, nurses, aides, PT, and OT are fantastic! They were all professional, friendly, and very helpful! Shout out to Sarah in OT and Lori in PT who both helped me SO MUCH!! Horrible place for rehab I would never recommend anyone at all to come here nurses and LNA’s suck they are all very rude and don’t do there job the right way my mom was waiting in her room for hours on pain no one brought her her meds till I called them on the phone it’s ridiculous
Wonderful nurses, doctors and therapists. Food very good. The AC is not adequate. I had to get a fan to stay cool. It was very hot in the building by the afternoon.
