First time using this brand. I realize that pellets burn and act differently in different stoves by brands. Pellets stoves are like automobiles, not all the same, some high quality others no so much. My stove is Harman p61A ( burns just about anything). That being said after many years and many pellets by brand, these make the most ash of all. They burn well and produce ok heat except in very cold Temps like zero and below, that when I use my favorites Douglas fir, never found subpar Douglas Fir pellets. Would only buy aga... read more
First time this brand of pellets were delivered by Home Depot. I buy 4 to 5 tons of pellet at a time for a year supply. I have opened two of the three tons of Northeast pellets and 30 to 40% of the bags have an improper seal at the top allowing moisture to damage the pellets and freezing. The product itself is not the best quality. I will recommend to Home Depot to stop delivering this product which is the same price of much better products used in the past.
Very clean, low ash pellets.
