Do not do business with NEO hearing. My process with them has taken 4-months (and counting) to complete, with botched molds, poor quality hearing devices, no feedback from NEO after multiple attempts to seek an update as to the status of my hearing aids, and high pressure sales tactics (think used car sales) designed to keep me as a customer, including a promise of a $1000 rebate for all of my troubles, which never was never processed.
