Very disappointing experience with North Jersey Legal Services. Getting through to them was difficult, and when I did reach someone they had an attitude. I was assigned Kevin Brown, he just reads the laws verbatim so he thinks he sounds smart but I felt the advice I received was unhelpful and sometimes incorrect. After going through their lengthy process, I was ultimately told they didn’t have enough lawyers, and they wouldn’t provide a referral. Overall, I felt they wasted my time and were more frustrating than helpful.
Online poor service must go to office.

I can’t say enough good things about Kaleb Yost. He was very thorough, professional, and calm through the whole process. Even when the other side tried to push or rush things, he stayed steady and in control. I truly felt supported and heard. He explained things clearly, took the time to understand what was going on, and handled everything with confidence. I would recommend Kaleb Yost a hundred times over. READ THE REVIEWS Aside from the intake woman—who was the only professional and respectful person I encountered—this experience was a complete waste of time. The attorney, Mario, was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of providing legal assistance, I was met with negativity and told what I shouldn’t do, rather than actually being represented.
