Recently, I called into to NEIT office with a question about a name mistakenly printed in their new directory. The service reps (Melissa & Tasha) listened to my concern and then called me back with further details and how to proceed. The mistaken info (which was a shared number in previous years) was submitted by another phone company who hadn't updated or proofread their info.
