I am disabled and live with my sister also disabled and contacted this group over 5 weeks ago to see if they could help building a wheelchair ramp for us. We were put in touch with Lori who has never answered our phone calls. I’ve called in 9 times left messages she will call back leave a message saying she won’t be working the next day or so then never hear back again. Voc rehab kept asking me to do a resume. 4 times she sent me home w/ papers 2 do a "resume". 4 timesi came back empty handed. Then Iowa Agency on Aging stepped in & said "come to my office at 11. We can chat, wĥatever, but i guarantee you will leave my office with a completed resume. I left there at noon with my resume. I had a TBI 9 years ago, and the nice lady at iowa agency for aging clearly saw my frustrations.
