It's not just the tenants taking advantage of the hardworking landlord, even the judge seems to perpetuate the situation in the worse possible way that the Tenant can not only live rent free but destroy property, and even after reporting illegal activities, there's still no justice. Why does the court even exist when there's no compassion and understanding towards the landlord.
Awful court! It’s been 3 months still have no court date. My terrible tenant has been living free for 5 months now! Landlords always get screwed when we are doing the right thing. They let tenants get away with stealing and destroying apartments. Landlords need to come together and stop this. Enough is enough ! This has been an awful experience. Who wants to be a landlord anymore in this state.
Absolute scam of a court. Never be a landlord in Mass. This court will allow your property to be destroyed, allow the destroyer to stay in the apartment months on end while you rack up thousands of dollars in lost revenue. From beginning to end this court cost me close to $25,000.00. An absolute disgrace.
