Over the weekend I went to Factory Direct Furniture and had a great experience. Tom, the salesman who helped me, knew exactly what I was looking for and may the whole experience very easy. Not only did I buy what I was looking for I saw many other pieces that I will be going back to get after the first of the year. If you're ever looking for reasonable furniture and great customer service please try Factory Direct Furniture in Euclid. You'll be happy you did!

I only shop for furniture at NE Factory Direct and love their service.
We went to NFDF to evaluate what kind of recliners would work best for our condo. We were met at the door by tall and friendly Tom. His knowledge of the different types and configurations helped us narrow our choices down. He answered all of our questions and gave my wife and I time to privately discuss which chairs we wanted. The process was relaxed and unpressured. We purchased two and we will have our Christmas gifts to each other delivered and installed before Christmas.
