poor customer service, i will not be coming back.
This place sucks. I walked in and needed help with a pedicure. Two employees came over and walked away from me as I was asking for help. I will never go to this place again; very rude and uncaring employees.
I have started getting my nails done again and I have to say Northeast Day Spa has not disappointed!!! They are friendly and make me feel like I am important,I am a customer for life!!!
I've never gotten so much massage with my mani/pedi!!! Dawn is amazing!!! She massaged my feet, calves, hands, arms, and even my shoulders!!! And my nails look gorgeous!!! I'll be back and this wasn't my first visit either. Highly recommend this place!!!
I went to get the dipping powder in white tips. I've had this done before at a different spa and the quality here is terrible - 1 of my nails broke the next day and I had them done for a special event. The service is good, but the product is definitely not worth the price. The pink part of my nails looked VERY bubbly, which usually means the material is not good quality and most likely very cheap. I will not be coming back.
