I called during the week to ask if we can come down on Saturday to open a checking account as established member. I was told yes. We drive an hour to the branch just to be told "You need an appointment for a weekday to come in and do this." Teller told me I must have talked to Dover and not Berlin. We explain that taking time off from work is not ideal. So she takes the personal info down and said we will get edocs to sign on Monday morning.
