Staff is always friendly and helpful. Parking lot requires a drive through a strip mall to exit but that's no big deal. When I've needed information over the phone the staff has gone out of the way to immediately get me answers to my questions.
Worse credit union that I've ever did business with extremely unfriendly people and very unhelpful

I had a phenomenal experience with Northeast Credit Union in Merrimack, NH. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly to work with. I specifically worked with Jaclyn and briefly Tracey and Emily. They were all amazing and so excited to work with me and answer any questions I had along the way. Jaclyn went out of her way several times to get things taken care of during a loan process, even though it is hard to get a hold of me since I work at a call center. Considered opening up an account here until I visited the location. So far out of the way, in the middle of no where. It somewhat is on the end of a one way parking lot in /what used to be/ a big shopping plaza. Staff was friendly but only sounded somewhat knowledgeable about the potential of saving with them could bring. When looking up other locations there is not another location for miles and miles. Sorry, I will have to skip this one out. Overall friendly, but the location is terrible.
