My new auto loan is unfortunately with them (I will be refinancing with a new bank) and it has been a complete nightmare EVERY MONTH just to get the car paid! The website is HORRIBLE, the customer service doesn’t follow through on anything and they charge penalty fees for EVERYTHING even though it’s their incompetence that creates the issues to begin with.
