I recently took out a home equity loan with Lighthouse. The whole process took 3 weeks start to finish. Kathy B in lending helped me find the right product. Kendall and Lindsay in mortgage lending helped with each step of the process. Gabrielle in Hooksett handled my closing while training another rep. The only slightly annoying bit was the access process for loan messages and that’s not on any of them! Great job guys.
Very lazy and unprofessional branch manager. I was told that my trust is invalid because of the date. Yet clearly states in New Hampshire that trust are not invalid based off of a date. She sent her tell her running around back-and-forth instead of coming out and speaking to me like a manager should have. Instead, she sent somebody to do something that didn’t know anything about what they were doing.
