I opened a business account when it was Northeast. I was optimistic about being part of a family of credit unions. Being a small start up company I was really expecting it to be something beneficial. Unfortunately it has not been so. As most banks set daily limits to what you can spend in 24hrs (go figure) the amount here is $5,000, this is half of what other banks offer. I asked for a local lighthouse branch phone number in hookset New Hampshire and the chat session was terrible, st the end they wanted me to fill out a form for $5 non refundable!!! I JUST ASKED FOR A PHONE NUMBER , this was useless and a waste of my time , I will be closing my account for the lack of competence
Customer service is terrible and they are unhelpfull. They wont even listen to your problem. Edit: Considering that was the number I called initially I have no intention of doing it again. Thank you for the auto reply but it only shows how disconnected your organization is to reality. Maybe train your agents to listen better.
We opened a child savings account at Lighthouse Credit Union in Hooksett to help teach our son about saving money and earning interest. We recently received a letter saying the account would be closed due to inactivity and that we had until the end of the month to make a deposit.
