Shared branching through the drive-up was implemented during covid. Since then I have been utilizing this process and its been convenient and efficient. Now the policy has changed? Mind you I recently was able to successfully withdraw via drive up from my SCU, but not today. Please make sure your policies are consistent and ensure all your employees are enacting them to avoid confusion for members.
Everybody I dealt with was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.Highly recommend this place
