It is a brand new location, usually there is no waiting for service. It is convenient for me to do my banking, due to the location of this new branch.
Apparently, a passport card is not a form ID when it’s shared branch banking. I asked for the managers number I was then given a phone number that is in fact disconnected. I was told Jamie Truman is the current manager. If you have shared branch banking you cannot deposit through the outdoor window. When in the past, that was never an issue. When you go on, you met with an attitude from the people working there. Passport cars are not a form of legal ID to them. I guess there’s a reason why there’s all these negative reviews.
The American flag at your bank is not flying properly. It is only attached at the top. Please fix it before our nation's 250th. Thank you
Always a problem with professionalism when I call in. Phone service is not set up the best. They have no way to directly to talk to a branch. And I always feel like it's always a surprise with the customer service I'm going to get. Update 5.27.26: definitely better service in person.
