Always a problem with professionalism when I call in. Phone service is not set up the best. They have no way to directly to talk to a branch. And I always feel like it's always a surprise with the customer service I'm going to get.
Friendly Helpful Staff
When a 17 year old goes to deposit her money (who is a member of town and country) and the teller is overly rude and says you have to go inside to do shared branching and is just down right rude. Customer service goes a long way! Be patient with kids who are responsible and maybe just try to help her out.
My card got deactivated due to fraud, they got me a new one in under 10 minutes. Very helpful.
