They are extremely caring and the customer service is outstanding
Have never had any good experiences with this Credit Union. After at least a year of trying to access my account on line, and answering some where in the area of 150-200 questions of answers I gave 5 yrs ago mind you I finally gained access. Answered Took their survey gave less than positive answers. Received email today saying my survey was up and I could read it on the mobile app. Tried to access the services followed by statements & documents. You guessed it. Worst customer service, customer service rep told me he had 15 calls in the queue had no idea how long it would take to get back to me. I had to jump through hoops to get to a loan officers. Said they had my title then a call an hour later they didn’t. 6 security questions when calling and can’t get right through to loans. Rude staff loan officer was laughing about the customer service rep. Never will get a loan with them again. Will always wait for my credit union.
Always friendly and helpful. There's never problems banking with them and they get you right in and out !!
