This bank has been more than accommodating for me as i was in a motorcycle accident in march of 2024. Wasn't able to pay my loan for months. And they were more than helpful. Allowed me to make payments bi weekly to get said bike out of repo. Will be doing more business if they allow.
Subpar customer service. Tried to get a transaction approved that was over my daily limit for a ER bill for my dog. When speaking to customer service I was told no one is available after hours to assist with access my money in my bank account. I have been a customer of theirs happily for over 10 years but will be closing out all account due to concerns that no customer service is available in cases of emergencies
