They do not help the community they operate in. Called to ask about servicing/repairing my bike and was met with a voicemail telling me it’s not a bicycle repair service yet they repair bikes to give to charity organizations, and was told “good luck with it”. Is helping a neighbor in the area you operate in not charitable? I gave a follow-up call to ask if they had any recommendations in the area for affordable bike repair services as the options in the area seem too expensive and I don’t have a car—was met with no response.... read more

They are never here and they never answer their phone just bad customer service
Great people for cause. They sell and donate Used Cycles after Servicing them. The community runs by the avid Cyclists and veterans in this fields. Thumbs up
