This is easily the best bank I have ever banked at in the USA in my many years of living in the country as, first, a legal alien and subsequently a naturalized citizen. The manager of the bank is extremely accessible, friendly and helpful and he often answers the phone personally when I have an inquiry or a problem regarding my debit card or account and I call the bank instead of walking there from my home.
