Unprofessional and rude behavior coming from the banker I have never seen anything like this before . I open a Bank of America account in Queens NY I wasn’t been been told that I cannot bank there which they know that I live in the Bronx I went to open a Business account last week only to be denied because I live in the Bronx and the Bank is at little Italy close to Fordham Road flat out wrong still hurts on why I was denied
Honestly, blown away by my experience today. I’ve been a small business owner in The Bronx for over a decade and I’m currently banking with Wells Fargo and unfortunately I’m not getting the representation that I would like with my bank so someone told me about community banks.
